Cyanide-free alkaline zinc nickel alloy additive(MX-ZN510)

Nickel contains 12-15%, great corrosion resistance, pass neutral salt spray test:over 240h for white rust, over 720h for red rust. Good heat resistance, HV350-450 in Vicker's hardness, 750-800℃ in melting point, applicable for automobile engine. Good soldering, ductility, flexibility, cohesion, low internal stress and produce no foams. Fine and smooth crystallization, free to adjust various brightness from super bright, bright to semi-bright. Get better corrosion after being processed with trivalent chromium blue passivation, color passivation, nature color passivation or blocking agent. Use insoluble nickel anode and zinc-dissolved tank. Easy to manage plating solution. Applicable for barrel and rack plating.

Zinc-nickel alloy trivalent chromium blue passivation(MX-ZN51L)

MX-ZN51L is the environment-friendly zinc nickel alloy passivation, up to RoHS request, no hexavalent involved. Easy to operate, brightly and evenly blue-colored on zinc nickel alloy plating. After passivation, 8μm zinc nickel alloy plating could reach more than 720 hours in NSS(neutral salt spray ) test. After passivation, and adding environment-friendly water-soluble blocking agent, achieve matt finish of zinc nickel alloy passivation.

Zinc-nickel alloy trivalent chromium color passivation(MX-ZN-D-51C)

MX-ZN-D-51C is the environment-friendly zinc nickel alloy passivation, up to RoHS request, no hexavalent involved. Easy to operate, brightly and evenly colored on zinc nickel alloy plating. After passivation, 8μm zinc nickel alloy plating could reach more than 720 hours in NSS(neutral salt spray ) test. After passivation, and adding environment-friendly water-soluble blocking agent, achieve bright layer of zinc nickel alloy passivation.

Zinc-nickel alloy trivalent chromium black passivation(MX-ZN-D-51H)

MX-ZN-D-51H is the environment-friendly zinc nickel alloy passivation, up to RoHS request, no hexavalent involved. Easy to operate, brightly and evenly black-colored on zinc nickel alloy plating. After passivation, add blocking agent to get bright and anti-corrosion layer. Applicable to barrel and rack plating.
