Water-borne polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) are film-forming binders that deliver solvent-like performance with near-zero VOC. In package-printing applications they are used as clear or pigmented over-print varnishes (OPVs), protective lacquers, or tie-coats for flexible, paper-based and rigid containers.
