Nano-doped tin oxide ATO (Antimony Doped TinOxide) is an n-type semiconductor material that combines the advantages of ATO materials and nano-materials. It is a new type of multifunctional transparent conductive material. Due to the wide application of thin film materials in miniaturization and integration, nano-scale ATO transparent conductive film materials have obvious advantages compared with traditional transparent conductive materials (such as mica).


First, the ATO film has high light transmission and good conductivity of metalloid in the visible range. Its good electrical properties are attributed to Sb2O3 doping, making SnO2 semiconducting. At the same time, ATO film also has good anti-reflection, anti-radiation and infrared absorption functions. Secondly, the ATO transparent conductive film has good chemical stability, thermal stability, corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and the ATO film and the substrate have good adhesion and high mechanical strength. Conventional transparent conductive films mostly use organic additives, which are easy to age in practical applications, have poor strength, are prone to lose antistatic function, and are constrained by the use environment.
