Scientists from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory used carbon nanotubes and flexible polymer film to make synthesis of a breathable, lightweight fabric, wihch could help soldiers against the chemical and biological weapons.  A unique channel created by Carbon Nanotubes has achieved a good air permeability. In the experiment, the scientists confirmed that the new material is with the ability to repel dengue virus.  At the same time, to make the research results protects against chemical weapons also, scientists used some chemical-sensitive materials to improve carbon nanotubes, and ultimately achieved the goal.
