Conductive Filler Used Silver Micron Powders

Application for Silver Micron Powders:
1. The flake silver
powders as the filler when conducting its surface is line contact, spherical
silver powders is point contact, so the flake silver powders resistance is much
lower than the spherical silver powders, even at relatively low silver content and
a relatively thin coating still has high electrical conductivity. Therefore
flake silver powders are widely used in the west end of the carbon film
potentiometer, membrane switch and filter, and other electronic components.
2. When flake silver powder’s particle size reach to sub-micron, morphology of
light sheet, the printing effect of electronic circuit, uniformity and
smoothness are obviously improved, and can save precious metal consumption 30%
50%.
3. Low apparent density flake silver powders used in conductive silver pulp can
reduce the content of silver paste at the same time also can improve the
viscosity of slurry and conductivity.
