At the heart of this ISUZU 4×4 Pumper Fire Truck lies its advanced firefighting system. The 3000-liter water tank is constructed from carbon steel, with a 4mm-thick base/end plate and 3mm-thick side/top plates, ensuring durability. The welded structure incorporates internal anti-sloshing baffles to minimize water movement during transit, enhancing stability. The tank features a top-mounted manhole with a quick-lock mechanism for easy maintenance, along with an overflow device, level indicator, and drain port for safe and convenient operation.
The fire pump, model CB10/30, delivers a flow rate of 20L/s at 1.0MPa pressure, enabling rapid deployment of water to fire scenes. With a suction time of less than 50 seconds (at a 7m suction depth), it ensures swift emergency response. The rear-mounted pump is designed for easy maintenance and operation. The PS8/30W fire monitor operates at a rated pressure of 0.8MPa (max 1MPa), with a flow rate of 30L/s and a range exceeding 65 meters. Its 360° horizontal rotation and -30° to 80° vertical tilt allow precise fire suppression, while the manual control system ensures intuitive operation even for novice firefighters.
Upon request, this ISUZU 4×4 fire engine truck is also equipped with an additional 30-meter high-pressure hose reel, complete with a high-quality fire hose for extended-range firefighting. The reel is ergonomically designed for quick deployment, significantly improving firefighting efficiency.
