Description:
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a white crystalline powder or particle. Odorless. Slightly deliquescent. Easy to dissolve in water. Insoluble in ethanol. Heating below 100 ℃ can dissolve in crystalline water to form a monohydrate salt. Heating to 100 ℃ results in the loss of crystalline water and the formation of anhydrous substances, which then turn into sodium metaphosphate upon further heating.

Application:
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a quality improver, emulsifier, nutritional supplement, buffering agent for baking powder, mixed salt for pickling, and powder flavoring agent in the food industry.
