VS6 sereis API 610 vertical double casing multi-stage centrifugal pumps

The design, manufacture, inspection and testing of the VS6 barrel pump are all in accordance with the American API610 standard.

It is a vertical, suspended, double-layer pump casing (the inner layer is the guide casing) pump.

It is mainly composed of a barrel, an inner casing, a bottom plate flange, a motor frame, a mechanical seal, a motor, etc.

The motor and the main shaft are connected by a diaphragm coupling.

Product profiles:

The HTDL series vertical barrel pump has a vertical suspension structure.
The center line of the first-stage impeller is lower than the pump inlet, and the insertion depth can be adjusted according to the cavitation situation of the on-site device, which can achieve ultra-low cavitation operation.
The motor and mechanical seal are both above the ground, and normal maintenance does not require the pump to be hoisted out as a whole to replace the mechanical seal.

Selected impeller and diffuser ensure pump working in high efficiency and low NPSHr.
Outer casing is a reliable pressure containment minimizing the possibility of leakage.
First stage impeller is available in single suction or double suction design.
Double suction impeller can be employed as first stage reducing NPSHr.
Submerged impeller and volute casing, priming and venting are not required while starting up.
Mech. seal selected according to pump applications.
