Natural Coolant Chiller-Winter Energy Efficiency Pioneer

Natural cooling principle: By increasing the air cooler, the return chilled water is pre-cooled. When the ambient temperature is sufficiently low, the outlet water from the air cooler meets the usage requirements, and the chiller unit does not need to operate. When the ambient temperature is not low enough, the outlet water from the air cooler fails to meet the usage requirements, necessitating the activation of the chilled water unit to supplement cooling capacity. When the ambient temperature is excessively high and free cooling is unachievable, the return water bypasses the air cooler through a three-way valve and directly enters the evaporator, relying entirely on the chilled water unit for cooling. The natural cooling system resembles a conventional chilled water system, connecting the outdoor natural cooling unit to the indoor chilled water demand side via piping. The natural cooling function is internally converted by the chilled water unit, eliminating the need for compressor operation in winter and significantly enhancing system reliability.

Ultra-low Temperature Freezing System

An ultra-low temperature chiller (ranging from -80°C to -40°C) is a machine capable of lowering the temperature of solids, gases, or liquids to extremely low levels. Its operating principle is primarily based on vapor compression refrigeration; specifically, a cascade refrigeration design is employed for temperatures as low as -50°C, while a single-unit, two-stage compression system is utilized for temperatures above -40°C. The underlying mechanism involves compressing a refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas; this gas is then cooled by a condenser into a high-pressure liquid, which subsequently expands through an expansion valve into a low-temperature, low-pressure gas—thereby achieving the objective of lowering the target object's temperature.
