Kwikstage Scaffolding Diagonal Brace / Bay Brace

Kwikstage System Scaffolding Diagonal Brace, also called bay brace, is a main scaffolding component that gives additional strength to the structure and keep it stable. The brace is made by O.D48.3x2.3mm tube and bolt-jointed the C pressing adaptors with wedge pins at brace ends. It meets the Standard requirements of AS/NZS 1576. Kwikstage System Scaffolding Transom is the component of that for holding the platforms or planks without hooks, it is made by the 50x5mm angle steel and welded two ledger adaptors at two ends. Kwikstage System Scaffolding Return Transom

Kwikstage Scaffolding Return transom allows a 90 degree turn in the scaffold and sit over the ledger allowing boards to run at right angles in adjacent bays. It can also be used to change direction. The use of Return Transoms eliminates the " gap " between runs at right angles.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Ladder Access Transom

Kwikstage Ladder Access Transom is used where a ladder access or trapdoor is required inside a bay. The Ladder Access Transom is located between the two ledgers, this is placed approx 64" from the previous transom. To be used with a Safety Trap-Door, a single section verticle ladder is held in place with 4 nos Metal Ladder Clamp. We recommend that you used 2 nos 64" steel planks, the remaining space is filled with 3 nos steel planks.

Kwikstage Mesh Panel / Brick Guard is placed between the ledger and the steel plank. Designed to be suspended from a guard rail ledger enclosing the space between the ledger and the working platform for safety.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Hop Up Brackets are used to give an extra work platform for scaffolding. Normally located on the inside face of the scaffold, these are 1, 2 and 3 board sizes.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Hop Down Bracket / Step Down Bracket gives balance and stability to the bottom step when getting on or off stair access at ground level. The first step onto stair access can be difficult due to site constraints, ground levels and base outs. The use of the step down bracket gives the comfort of adjustment to balance the variables, so the step becomes easier when getting on or off the stair access at ground level.

Kwikstage Scaffolding Tie Bar

Kwikstage Scaffolding Tie Bars have pins at each ends which fit in holes of 2 and 3 Hop Up Brackets to prevent the brackets spreading and the planks from becoming dislodged.

Kwikstage scaffolding Corner Board

Kwikstage Internal Corner Board is used to fill in the gap ineternal corners when stage board brackets are used. It is a safe element to fill space between boards and standards to form a safe work platform and leveling. The internal corner boards sizes include one boards, 2 boards, 3 boards according to the width.

AS/NZS 1576 Kwikstage Scaffolding Toe Board with Bolt Lock

Kwikstage Scaffolding Toe Board / Kick Board is the component that prevents the building materials or tools falling off from working platform. The toe board has bolts at the ends to hold itself sitting between two verticals post of the platform.

Australian Kwikstage Scaffolding Toe Board Clip, End Toe Board Clamp

Toe Board Clip is used to hold the toe baord to the scaffold working platform. The traditional Kwikstage Scafolding toe board clamp is fabricated by 5mm steel plate. And mostly the steel plank is always used the toe board.
